We rank files through field verification, pregnancy risk, transport difficulty, and family vulnerability. We move forward the cases where urgency, isolation, or medical delay could harm the mother and child.

Yes. We do not limit support to the birth moment. We also cover the first check, transport, first care pack, needed medicine list, and early review after discharge, according to the open file.

We verify the units we work with through our field network and confirm the care flow with local coordination. We do not proceed with an unsuitable unit, and we move the file to a safer channel when needed.

Whenever possible, we support the mother in keeping a relative close. We plan the room setting, waiting area, and first hours after discharge so the family can remain together in a steady way.

At Quenara, we aim to share the recorded document and images within 72 hours. If field conditions slow the flow, we explain the delay clearly and send the proof as soon as it reaches our hands.
