Fuel Aid | Let the Stove Burn, the Room Warm

When winter comes, a cold home's stove goes out and its fuel runs out, and we carry a sack of coal and wood to that home. With your gift the fuel reaches all the way to the door, the stove burns again, the room warms, and the children warm beside the stove. We mark the household whose stove has been out longest and reach the coldest home first. We add the sack's scale receipt and the delivery to your panel with date and location. Our work does not end with one sack, but watches a home's fuel need all winter and keeps the stove burning until the cold ends. A small intention becomes a real support that lights a dead stove again and warms a room.

Let one room breathe through winter

We carry fuel, cover, and room order together so one family can face the winter night with more safety and ease.

We Light a Dead Stove Again
We do not spend the aid at random. We mark the household whose stove has been out longest, bring a sack of coal and wood to the door, light the stove again, weigh the sack and log the delivery with date and location.

From One Home to a Village
When fuel reaches one home, we go on for the other dead stoves of that village too. Each sack goes to a set home, and the distribution is run by the map.

The Strongest Proof, a Scale Receipt
For us the strongest report is the sack's scale receipt and the dated, located record of the delivery. We see the stove burning and the room warming, then share it with the file.

Let the Stove Burn All Winter
Our work does not end with one sack. We watch a home's fuel need all winter, renew the sack each month, and keep the stove burning until the cold ends.

Frequently Asked Questions

Common questions about this donation

1What does Fuel Aid cover?

It covers a sack of coal and wood, room-based warmth support, winter delivery at the door and reach to the mountain village.

2Does the fuel come to the door?

Yes. The family need not carry the heavy sack, the fuel is weighed and set down straight at the household's door.

3How do I verify the aid?

The sack's scale receipt and the dated, located record of the delivery are uploaded to your panel within 72 hours.

4What does room-based warmth mean?

It means the stove of the room the family sits in most burns again and that room is kept warm, so that room warms first rather than the whole home.

5How far does one sack go?

It varies by region and weather, but for most homes one sack means enough heat to burn a home's stove for days, in some places a month.

6Is a blanket given too?

Yes. When needed a blanket is brought along with the fuel, so the home warms from both the stove and the cover.

7How are the children protected?

The stove is lit again, and the children warming beside it and passing the night in a warm room are prioritized.

8Can there be regular fuel support through the winter?

Yes. If you wish, you can give each month, a home's sack is renewed until the cold ends, and each delivery's receipt lands apart.

9Are far mountain villages reached?

Yes. The sack is brought by vehicle to the snow-closed mountain villages where fuel is most costly and hardest to find, and no stove is left out.

10Is there priority for the home whose stove has been out longest?

Yes. The coldest household whose stove has not burned the longest is moved up, and the fuel is directed there the same day.

11Is my gift spent at random?

No. Each sack goes to a marked household, is weighed, the delivery is recorded, and no step hangs in the air.

12Can I get a tax-deduction receipt?

Yes. Quenara is a Delaware-based 501(c)(3) organization, and your receipt is sent through your panel.

13Is a record kept after delivery?

Yes. The sack, the scale receipt, the delivery, the burning stove and the date are kept on file, and the process is clear from start to finish.
