Evening Meal

We plan each delivery against the local evening call to prayer in the area we serve. We dispatch the warm meal in the final window before that time, reach the door as closely as possible to it, and reduce delay by building the neighborhood route in advance.

We prepare each parcel around local need. In many deliveries, we include flour, rice, oil, sugar, dates, canned goods, and other staple items, so the support does more than cover one meal and helps the kitchen hold for several days after sunset.

We do not work in only one geography. With our active field network in 48 countries, we run meal, parcel, and suhoor support in Yemen and many other regions, adapting the same care, speed, and local planning to different settings around the world.

We shape the delivery around what each household needs most. In some homes, we prioritise the warm meal, and in others we combine it with a parcel at the same visit, so the evening table and the next days of kitchen stability are both protected.

We do not treat suhoor as separate from the kitchen reality of the home. When we add staple food beside the warm meal, we aim to leave flour, rice, oil, and similar items in place for the next morning, supporting suhoor through the same delivery.

We record the doorway moment, the opening of the table, and the placing of the parcel through our field team. We then organise the material and share photo video proof with you within 72 hours, keeping the delivery visible and easy to trace.

We manage one evening gifts as well as regular support across the full month. Regular giving lets us strengthen route planning, list more families in advance, and deliver both the warm meal and staple food with greater steadiness throughout Ramadan.
