We work through Africa focused field records. Once study circle, boarding note, and tutor record can be verified, we open the file.

We first review hafiz candidates whose study circle may pause, whose boarding cost is pending, or whose mushaf need has been documented.

If there is a payment error or duplicate charge, we review the request. Once a field file has opened, we answer according to the recorded cost status.

For student safety, we may mask the full identity. The file can still show country, study type, mushaf record, tutor note, and payment line.
