As the tablet lights up, a child comes face to face with a teacher on the screen; curiosity takes the place of absence, and the classroom begins to fill again.

Digital Classroom: Connected and Learning
The small green dot lighting up a tablet screen becomes a wide door to the world for a child in Gaza. In Yemen the learning station we rented still has a bare, unpainted wall; yet fifty devices sit on the shelves and the connection is live. We buy the devices in your name, load safe internet and inclusive lessons, and train the teachers; children meet their own tutor one to one in live sessions. A backup power unit and a shock proof case travel with every device against the daily cuts. Attendance logs and parent updates keep the learning visible. When the first lesson connects, a GPS stamped photo of the station, a signed attendance sheet and a short clip land in your account.
