Our trainers buy the machine in your name, prepare the thread and the fabric, and sit beside her for weeks teaching the cut, the stitch and the online sale; every piece she makes is sold under her own name, at her own price. Sixty women sign a fair wage agreement, and childcare hours with safe transport keep their attendance steady.
