School Supplies Aid | A Full School Bag

UNESCO reports that families in some countries cover more than 70 percent of what schooling costs. A child walks into class with empty hands when notebooks and pencils are out of reach. Each gift of stationery is reserved for a single pupil. The teacher at the school tells us which pupils come to lessons without notebooks or pencils. The town where that school stands appears in your account within 72 hours. Each kit holds five notebooks with pencils and a pen. An eraser and a ruler are added. Everything goes into a sturdy backpack. The kit is handed to the pupil at school with the teacher present. The handover photo shows bags and hands but no faces. Used notebooks and pencils are replaced halfway through the term. May ALLAH ease the path of every child who wants to learn.

It appealed to me that the pupil's own teacher hands over the school kit. I covered a set of school supplies the same evening.

A monthly school sponsorship is hard for me to keep up right now. A single stationery gift suits me better. This morning I gave towards a set of stationery for one pupil.
