Yes. Once payment is complete, the system creates receipt details, while we keep date, amount, and record information inside the proof file.

If the amount allows it, we may divide it across recorded needs for more than one student. Each student receives a separate proof line.

Quenara opens education files according to its suitable field record network. This product tracks scholarships where student proof can be verified.

We first review students whose term registration, book line, or fee record is urgent and whose documents are ready for checking.

If there is a payment error or duplicate charge, we review the request. Once a field file has opened, we answer according to the recorded cost status.

For safety, we may mask the student’s full identity. We still show document type, date, payment line, and class follow up inside the file.

You can follow recurring options on the payment screen. We keep each period in a separate file and add a new proof line to the panel.
