At the start of term, we first review students without a bag, notebooks or basic pencils. Teacher notes and family context enter the file.

If there is a payment error or duplicate transaction, our support team reviews the record. If purchase has not begun, we share a written solution.

For privacy, we do not share a child’s full identity. We provide verified proof through bag, receipt, teacher note and handover photo.

You can choose recurring support on the contribution screen. We open a new file each term and update proof according to the school list.
