We begin by reviewing the village need and the ground together, then move through geology scanning, point selection, equipment dispatch, installation, and first filling. We usually share the first field proof within 72 hours, while timing depends on the site.

Where the project allows, we place the contributor's name or the name of a loved one on the well plaque. We confirm the wording with you, then share the plaque image together with the first filling record so the link between you and the work stays visible.

We work through our field network in 48 countries and verify water need through local partners and our own teams. This product focuses on Pokhara, yet across the world we choose locations by thirst intensity, access, and safe installation requirements.

We do not plan a water point only for its first day. Based on the ground, usage level, and equipment structure, we aim for years of service and make early care plus local coordination part of the installation. That is how we strengthen lasting use.

We do not set depth at random. We assess field signs, local knowledge, slope, water traces, and soil structure together. Once the right point becomes clear, we finalise the drill plan around that evidence and manage the process carefully until flow is secure.

We record the first filling, plaque, installation area, and the moment families reach water. In most files, we bring those images to you within 72 hours. Even when weather, road, or signal conditions are difficult, we treat proof sharing as required work.

In a full well gift, we establish the work directly in your name. In a shared model, we combine several contributors in the same opening. In both, we manage the field process, bring the proof, and move water closer to families with the same care.
