When you choose the zakat intention, we open a separate field file, check household eligibility notes, and record the food share with scale and photo proof.

Your donation is assigned to eligible households in and around Sana'a, Aden, Taiz, and Marib. Eligibility notes, crew confirmation, and delivery record stay together.

After delivery, we prepare a readable proof file with date, delivery note, available photo, scale slip, and a short field report.

When field access and safety allow, we aim to complete delivery and proof within 72 hours. If a delay occurs, we state it in the file note.

Yes, you receive a digital receipt after payment. Once the Yemen field delivery closes, we also share the proof file and delivery note.

Depending on amount and field need, we may allocate it to one home or several eligible homes. The file keeps the share logic clear.

We look at empty food shelves, children in the home, elderly care burden, displacement, and documented income loss, then set priority in the field.

Because donations trigger field work, refunds are limited after completion. If there is an error or duplicate payment, the support team reviews the file.

We protect privacy. Instead of names or faces, we provide safe proof such as household code, delivery photo, date, item note, and crew signature.
