Frequently Asked Questions
Common questions about this donation
Quenara Foundation offers a symbolic adoption that guards endangered wildlife in its own habitat. It pays for rangers' equipment and patrol rations and never for weapons or traps.
Thank you for asking. Your gift funds protection of a species where it lives. That means ranger gear and training and patrol rations along with monitoring and return to the wild costs.
It is a fair question. The adoption is symbolic and no individual creature is assigned to you. Your gift supports the species in the wild.
Your gift goes to field protection of endangered species. The authorized team on site decides which species and which cost comes first based on need.
We understand the wish. The need on the ground sets the order and the authorized team makes that call. You still learn the district within 72 hours.
Thank you for checking. Weapons and ammunition and traps sit outside this gift. Ranger gear means items such as boots and raincoats and torches and first aid kits.
Good question. Our team never handles wildlife. Rangers patrol and licensed specialists monitor and veterinarians treat. We fund the costs and work alongside them.
We are glad you asked. Within 72 hours your account shows the district or city your gift worked in and the job it covered.
Thanks for asking. Yes, every gift comes with a personal donation certificate prepared automatically, with your donation number and a verification QR code. We do not send plush toys, so your gift goes to protection in the field. You also receive your receipt and the district update within 72 hours.
Of course. Many people give with a loved one in mind. The receipt and the district update both come to your own account.
Thank you for your interest. In the US our own field team works on the ground. In countries such as India and Cambodia and South Africa our team works together with a local field partner.
As soon as your payment clears the receipt reaches your email with your donation number at the top.
Only at quenarafoundation.com and in the Quenara app. We do not accept gifts through any other channel.
We are happy to help. Write to us from the contact page on the site or from the support section in the app.
