Frequently Asked Questions
Common questions about this donation
Quenara Foundation sends Wildlife Rescue Fund gifts to whatever cost a wildlife center faces first that day such as rescue fuel or food for orphaned young. Owls and wombats are common patients.
Thank you for asking. Your gift meets the center's most pressing cost that day. It may be rescue fuel or medicine and supplies or species formula or oxygen and incubators.
That is a kind thought. This is a pooled fund so your gift is never tied to one creature or one event. The center decides where it is needed most.
The center's authorized and permitted team handles rescue and transport. Licensed rehabilitators and veterinarians give all treatment. Our team never handles wildlife.
In the US our own field team works with the center on the ground. In other countries our team works together with a local field partner. We cover the costs and plan alongside the center.
Good question. Our team never enters closed or dangerous areas. Only trained responders work there.
Within 72 hours your account shows the city or district your gift worked in and the task it covered.
We appreciate the interest. This fund is not an adoption product and does not include naming. Like every gift, it comes with a personal donation certificate prepared automatically, with your donation number and a verification QR code. You also receive the district and the task in your account.
Many kinds. Wombats and possums in Australia and hawks and owls in North America are common arrivals. The veterinarian decides who is seen first.
We understand why you ask. Some patients cannot go back and we never promise an outcome. When release is possible the fund pays the transport that day.
The moment your payment clears your receipt reaches your email with your donation number at the top.
Your gift stays with wildlife centers and their costs. It is never moved to another appeal.
Only at quenarafoundation.com and in the Quenara app. We do not accept gifts through any other channel.
We are always glad to hear from you. Send a message from the support area of your account or the app and our team will reply.
