What is Quenara?
Quenara is the humanitarian brand of No Name Foundation, a 501(c)(3) registered nonprofit in the USA. We run food, shelter, education, health and emergency aid projects in different parts of the world. Our goal is to reach those in need in the fastest and most transparent way.
What is the relationship between No Name Foundation and Quenara?
No Name Foundation is the official legal name of our 501(c)(3) registered foundation in the USA. All legal and financial responsibilities fall under this entity. Quenara is the brand name under which we conduct our humanitarian activities. Your donations are collected under No Name Foundation and channeled to projects under the Quenara brand.
How long has Quenara been operating?
Our foundation is newly established and has been actively implementing humanitarian projects in the field since 2025. Despite being new, our team consists of experienced professionals in humanitarian aid. We document every step and share transparently.
In which countries does Quenara operate?
We currently operate in over 48 countries including Turkey, Syria, Palestine (Gaza), Yemen, Somalia, Pakistan, Sudan, Mali, Afghanistan and Nepal, either directly or through local partners. Our headquarters is in the USA.

How can I donate?
You can donate online through our website using credit or debit card. You can support by selecting a specific project on our donation page or making a general donation. All payments are secured with SSL encryption.
Is my donation tax-deductible?
Yes. No Name Foundation has IRS-approved 501(c)(3) status. US donors can deduct their donations on federal tax returns. A tax receipt is automatically emailed after each donation.
Is there a minimum donation amount?
No, there is no minimum donation amount. Every donation, no matter how small, has the power to touch a life. You can donate starting from $1.
How can I track where my donation goes?
After your donation, a receipt is emailed to you. You can also track project status in real-time through our Live Project Map. Each project page transparently shows the collected amount, target and progress.
Can I make recurring (monthly) donations?
Our recurring donation infrastructure is currently under development. Monthly automatic donation option will be available soon. For now, you can donate manually each month.
Can I direct my donation to a specific project?
Yes, absolutely. You can select the project you want from our Projects page and donate directly to it. Your donation is 100% allocated to your chosen project. If you make a general donation, it is directed to the most urgent projects.
Can I get a refund after donating?
Donation refunds are not possible as collected funds are immediately allocated to projects. However, if you contact us within 24 hours for erroneous or accidental donations, we will evaluate and provide a solution.
Is my payment information secure?
Absolutely. All payments are protected with 256-bit SSL encryption. Your credit card information is not stored on our servers; payment transactions are processed through PCI-DSS compliant secure payment infrastructure.
What types of projects do you run?
We have food aid (community bakeries, food packages), shelter (winterized homes, tent camps), education (school rebuilding, stationery), health (mobile clinics, medicine distribution), water and sanitation (water wells) and emergency disaster response projects.
How can I follow project progress?
You can monitor the status of all active projects in real-time through our Live Project Map. Additionally, each project page shares current status with photos, videos and progress bars.
Who implements your projects in the field?
Our projects are implemented by our regional offices and trusted local partners. A comprehensive evaluation is conducted before each partnership. Our field teams are regularly monitored and all activities are documented with photos, videos and delivery records.
Can I suggest a new project?
Of course! You can share your project suggestions through our Contact page. Every suggestion is evaluated by our team. Projects found feasible after assessment are included in planning.
How much of my donations go directly to projects?
At least 92% of your donations go directly to projects. The remainder is used for administrative costs (5%) and awareness activities (3%). These ratios are verified in our independent audit reports.
Where can I see your financial reports?
All our annual reports are publicly shared on our Reports page. Since our foundation is newly established, our first annual report will be published in Q1 2026 after independent audit at the end of 2025. However, even now every transaction is invoiced and receipted.
Do you undergo independent audit?
Yes. We are audited annually by a US-based independent CPA firm. Our first audit report will be prepared at the end of 2025 and shared publicly. Audit results will be published on our Reports page.
Can I get a receipt for every donation?
Yes. A receipt is automatically emailed after every donation. This receipt can be used for tax returns by US donors. If you haven't received your receipt, please contact us.
How do you prove aid was delivered?
Every aid delivery is documented with signed delivery records, photos and videos. Delivery location, date, time and beneficiary information is recorded. These documents are kept in project files and used during audit processes.
What do I need to do to volunteer?
Simply fill out the 3-step application form on our Volunteer page. Your application is reviewed by our team within 3-5 business days and you are notified by email.
Can I volunteer remotely?
Yes! Through our digital volunteering program, you can support from anywhere in the world in areas such as social media management, graphic design, web development, translation and content creation.
Is experience required for volunteering?
No, experience is not required. Your motivation and willingness is sufficient for us. Required training is provided by the foundation. Every volunteer goes through an orientation program.
Do volunteers cover their own field expenses?
No. Travel, accommodation and meal expenses for field assignments are covered by the foundation. Our volunteers bear no financial burden.
What does 501(c)(3) status mean?
501(c)(3) is a nonprofit organization status granted by the US Internal Revenue Service (IRS). This status means our foundation officially operates on a nonprofit basis, US donors can deduct donations from taxes, and the foundation is regularly overseen by the IRS.
How is my personal data protected?
Your personal data is protected under our KVKK and GDPR compliant policies. Your data is not shared with third parties and is only used for donation transactions and communication. All data is secured with SSL encryption.
Which country's laws does Quenara operate under?
No Name Foundation operates under the laws of the United States. We comply with IRS regulations under our 501(c)(3) status. We also comply with local regulations in every country where we operate.
What is your refund and cancellation policy?
