Don't you have an annual report yet?
Our foundation is newly established. Our first annual report will be published in Q1 2026 after independent audit at the end of 2025. However, even now every donation is receipted, every expense is invoiced, and every delivery is documented.
What does 501(c)(3) status mean?
501(c)(3) is a tax-exempt status granted by the US Internal Revenue Service (IRS). This status shows our foundation is nonprofit and US donors can deduct their donations from taxes.
How are my donations tracked?
Every donation is instantly recorded and an email receipt is sent. You can track which project your donation was allocated to in real-time through our Live Project Map.
What is the difference between No Name Foundation and Quenara?
No Name Foundation is our legally registered 501(c)(3) entity in the US. Quenara is the brand name under which we conduct our humanitarian activities. All legal and financial responsibility lies with No Name Foundation.
Is my donation tax-deductible?
Yes. Thanks to our 501(c)(3) status, US donors can deduct their donations on federal tax returns. A tax receipt is automatically sent via email after each donation.
