How do I make a donation?
Pick a category from the homepage, set the amount, write your intention and an optional message for the recipient. Once you enter your card details on our secure checkout, we process the donation instantly. You receive an email confirmation in seconds, and the proof package, including photos and a short video from the recipient, reaches you within 72 hours.
Which payment methods do you accept?
All major international cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Maestro. Apple Pay and Google Pay are active. For Turkish donors, BKM Express and bank transfer are also available. For cryptocurrency, contact us directly and we open a dedicated wallet address.
Where does my donation go?
Every donation reaches the recipient in the category you chose. Our local team delivers within 72 hours on average. Quenara never deducts a percentage of your donation for administrative costs, we cover operating expenses from separate sources. You can track each donation with photos, a short video and the GPS pin.
Can I claim a tax deduction?
Quenara’s legal foundation is No Name Foundation, a Delaware-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit corporation in the United States (EIN: 35-2882867). U.S. donors are eligible for federal tax deduction. For donors in other countries, regulatory approvals are pending; once secured, we notify you automatically. Your existing donation records will be eligible for retroactive tax claims.
Can I cancel my donation?
Once a donation is processed and routed to the recipient, refunds are not possible. If there’s been an error (wrong category, duplicate charge, suspected fraud), contact us within 24 hours, we investigate and respond.
Is my payment information secure?
We never store card details on Quenara servers. All payments run through Stripe, the world-leading payment infrastructure, PCI DSS Level 1 certified, AES-256 encrypted. 3D Secure is enforced on every transaction. If you choose “Save Card” in your account, only an encrypted token is held on Stripe’s side; we never see the raw card number.
Can I get a receipt for my donation?
We email an automatic receipt to your registered address after every donation. From your account’s “My Donations” tab, you can download all past receipts as PDF. For U.S. tax filing, we generate an annual consolidated receipt automatically each January.
Can I donate anonymously?
Yes. During checkout, tick “Don’t share my name with the recipient”, your name appears neither in the proof package nor in the thank-you message. We keep your identity on file for legal record only and never share it externally.
